Who we are

Naseby Partners Limited is the advisory practice of Paul Sinclair, registered in Scotland, company number SC512085. Registered office: c/o T Murphy & Co, Cape House, 59 Admiral Street, Glasgow, G41 1HP, Scotland, UK. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.

What we collect, and why

• Consultation bookings. When you book a call you provide your name, email address, organisation and a description of what you'd like to discuss (and optionally a phone number). We use this solely to prepare for and hold the conversation with you. Bookings are processed on our behalf by Cal.com, Inc. (their privacy policy).
• Email. If you email us, we hold your correspondence for as long as it remains relevant to our dealings with you.
• Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first service that uses no cookies and no fingerprinting, and does not track individuals across sites. We see only aggregate information such as page views, countries and referrers.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking, which is why you see no cookie banner. The embedded booking calendar, provided by Cal.com, may set strictly necessary cookies solely to make the booking function work; these are not used for tracking or advertising.

Third parties

We never sell or share your information for marketing. The only third parties that process data when you use this site are Cal.com (booking, as above), Cloudflare (cookieless analytics), and Google Fonts (which serves this site's typefaces and receives your IP address as part of delivering them).

Confidentiality

Discretion is the foundation of this practice. Anything you share with us, from the first booking form onwards, is treated as confidential.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you may ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. To exercise any right, contact us via the details on the main page.
